BN- slapping themselves left and right?

I read this article with great interest:

You have two BN component parties slapping themselves left and right over the issue of award of contract in Penang.

Both UMNO and MCA are accusing the Penang State Government of practicing racial politics.

Are they both right?

Or one of them is right?

That shows BN is using race as a frontline to their grip of power!
